Vitamin D3, jise Cholecalciferol bhi kaha jata hai, ek fat-soluble vitamin hai jo hamare sharir ke liye bahut zaroori hai. Yeh vitamin calcium aur phosphorus ke absorption mein madad karta hai — dono hi strong bones, teeth aur immune system ke liye essential hain.
