At Zane Ayurveda, we are committed to providing you with high-quality Ayurvedic products. We understand that issues may arise, and we have outlined our policy below to ensure a fair and transparent process.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our products (health and personal care), we maintain a strict hygiene and quality control policy.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, purity, and integrity of our Ayurvedic formulations for all customers.
We only accept returns and provide refunds for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging, and only under specific conditions mentioned below.
2. Conditions for Return
A return request will be considered only if the product received is:
Damaged: The product was physically damaged during transit.
Incorrect: You received a product different from the one you ordered.
Expired: The product received is past its expiry date.
In all other cases, including a change of mind after the product has been dispatched, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return based on the conditions above, you must follow these steps:
Notification: You must notify us of the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please send an email to [Your Customer Service Email] with the following details:
Your Order Number.
A clear description of the issue (e.g., "damaged item," "wrong product").
A photograph of the product and its packaging, clearly showing the damage, incorrect item, or expiry date.
Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request. If your claim is valid, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product. Please do not send the product back without a RAN.
Packaging: Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories. Write the RAN clearly on the outside of the package.
Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable courier service. The product must be returned to us within 7 business days of receiving the RAN.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product and our quality control team has verified its condition, we will process the refund.
The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment used for the purchase.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and the amount to reflect in your account. The exact time depends on your bank's policies.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order only if it has not yet been processed for dispatch.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number.
If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and the return policy mentioned above will apply.
A full refund will be initiated for successfully cancelled orders.
